JYT series 3.3KW is a small-sized and high-efficiency charger specially developed by our company for pure electric new energy vehicles such as lithium battery pure electric A0, A00 passenger cars, logistics vehicles, special vehicles, and modified vehicles. Standardized and generalized design ideas for directional research and development. The module is designed with full digital control technology, with flexible and intelligent control, good protection characteristics and strong system adaptability. Using a new generation of phase-shifting and width-adjusting zero-voltage and zero-current soft-switching technology combined with high-performance SiC devices, the whole machine has strong stability and high conversion efficiency, and the peak efficiency can reach more than 94%.
The DC output side of the charger is connected to the positive and negative poles of the power battery, and the AC input is connected to the charging port socket of the vehicle body. The connection between the charger and the battery is shown in the figure below
