1. Summarize

TKB _1818 (V2.0-2112) series of battery management system (BMS)consists of a

centralized(Master-slave system) BMS and the acquisition module can be extended. It is

mainly used for small and medium-sized forklift, PV energy storage, households energy

storage and UPS power management. These series of products have the functions of real

time management like monitoring the system battery parameters, fault diagnosis, SOC

estimation, short circuit protection, charger controller and balance and interact the

information with the integrated controller, photo voltaic charger, charging and discharging

equipment and human - machine interface by the communication mode of the CAN and 485

in order to ensure efficient, reliable and safe operation of the battery system.

2. Main Functions

It is characterized by single voltage data collection, total voltage data collection,

current collection and temperature collection.  

It has complete alarm function of failure level, including voltage, current, temperature

and so on.  

It has SOC estimation function.

It has the function of charge and discharge control.

It has the function of passive equalization management which improves the

consistency of battery pack.

System switch is passive mechanical contact.

Note: The current collecting divider scheme can choose the temperature compensation,

and reduce the affect of the temperature to the collecting precision of the current divider.
